Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Department of Public Works shall proceed to condemn and open subterranean portions of Ducatel Street and Brookfield Avenue and subterranean portions of certain streets and alleys at that part of Mt. Royal Terrace, more particularly described as follows:
