For the purpose of repealing Ordinance 99-573, as amended by Ordinance 00-093, which designated certain property located at 4221 Shannon Drive a Planned Unit Development; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Ordinance 99-573, as amended by Ordinance 00-093, is repealed, and the authority conferred in that Ordinance to designate certain property located at 4221 Shannon Drive a Planned Unit Development known as “Enterprise Electric Planned Unit Development” is rescinded.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
